You’ve got a fresh new brand — now what?

A strong brand doesn’t just live in your files — it should show up everywhere you do. Here are a few ways to start implementing your new branding right away:

1. Use Your Brand Guide (It’s Your BFF)

Your brand guide isn’t just a nice PDF to save — it’s your playbook.

Refer back to it whenever you’re creating something new, from Instagram posts to pitch decks.

Stick to your brand colors, fonts, logo rules, and tone of voice to keep everything feeling consistent and intentional.

2. Set Up Canva Templates

Canva is one of our favorite tools for clients post-handoff.

We recommend uploading your brand colors, fonts, and logos into your Canva Brand Kit (even on the free version!) so every design you create stays on-brand without thinking twice.

Custom templates for social media, presentations, and email graphics make it even easier to stay polished and consistent.

3. Update Your Everyday Touchpoints

Don’t forget to update the “small” places where your brand shows up:

• Email signatures

• Profile photos and bios

• Business cards

• Website favicons

• Zoom backgrounds

Small details make a big impact over time.

4. Practice (Even If It’s Not Perfect!)

You don’t have to be perfect out of the gate.

The goal is progress, not perfection. The more you work with your new brand tools, the more natural it will feel.
